
Job Description
Roetzel & Andress, a national law firm with a busy and growing litigation practice, seeks probate and guardianship attorney for its Chicago office with experience in handling routine and complex probate and guardianship matters in Cook County and the surrounding collar counties.
Primary responsibilities for this position include the preparation of initial pleadings and discovery, appearance at hearings in State Court, and the general support of all matters relating to the opening, administering and closing of probate and guardianship matters.

Position requirements:
- Three years or more of probate and guardianship experience in state courts.
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and in good standing with the ARDC.
- Exceptional research and writing skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently with multiple partners while using sound judgment in decision-making.
- Demonstrate abilities to manage relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Meet or exceed the required monthly billable hour requirements.
