We are seeking a full-time Legal Intern for Summer 2025 to assist with a special contracts project. This is a paid opportunity ($18/hour) ideal for a law student interested in gaining hands-on experience in transactional and corporate law. You will work closely with our legal and business teams to support contract-related initiatives and contribute to meaningful legal work.
Responsibilities:
- Review, organize, and summarize contracts and legal documents
- Conduct legal research on corporate and contract law topics
- Assist in drafting and editing agreements and transactional materials
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance in contract documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather and interpret key information
Qualifications:
- Current law student (1L or 2L preferred) at an accredited law school
- Strong interest in transactional or corporate law
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Duration:
This is a full-time internship (approximately 40 hours/week) for the summer of 2025. The exact start and end dates are flexible based on the academic calendar.
