Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide technical support and manage the technology infrastructure at the firm. The position will ensure that the firm’s technology systems are running smoothly, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and implement new technology solutions as needed. The IT Support Specialist will also play a critical role in maintaining the firm’s cybersecurity posture, ensuring that our data and systems are protected.

75% Tech Support
- Ethical compliance with the SC Rules of Professional Conduct.
- Administer and maintain the Firm's Microsoft environment, including Office 365, Exchange, and Active Directory.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing guidance on the use of technology tools and applications.
- Manage and maintain the Firm's network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Set up and run the technology for all firm meetings to include daily and monthly meetings, retreats and gatherings.
20% Cyber Security
- Monitor and analyze network activity to identify and prevent cyber threats, including malware, phishing, and other forms of cyber-attacks.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the firm's data and systems are protected.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats.
- Attends required morning and monthly meetings.
5% Other
- Performs other job duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Work Environment
Work Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
Mobility:
Primarily sedentary, able to sit for long periods of time.
Physical Demands:
Ability to speak, see, and hear other personnel. Ability to communicate both in verbal and written form. Capable of using a telephone and computer keyboard. Able to lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to travel within the facility and to other locations as required.

Required Education / Experience
- Minimum High School Diploma required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role, with a focus on Microsoft management and cybersecurity.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft technologies, including Office 365, Exchange, and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
