Job Title: FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY

Location: Livingston, NJ (On-site)

Salary Range: $100K - $140K annually plus benefits

Duration: Full Time: Permanent

Shift: 8 Hours a day 40 hours a week

Citizenship: USC or Green card Holder

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Law Attorney to join our firm in Livingston, NJ. As a key member of our legal team, you will represent clients in a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and domestic violence. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, providing expert legal counsel and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of New Jersey Family Law experience.
• New York Family Law experiences a plus, but not required.
• Must be admitted to the NJ Bar with New Jersey Court experience and have strong writing and legal research skills.
• Salary is commensurate with experience.
