• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

• 3–5+ years of experience in personal injury law

• Bar admission in Pennsylvania and New Jersey (Delaware a plus)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook

• Outstanding organizational and project management skills

• High level of professionalism and client-centered focus

• Competitive drive and strong sense of ownership

• Passion for storytelling and persuasive communication

• Bilingual proficiency

• Base salary: $100,000+ (commensurate with experience and potential)
