Our Litigation Department consists of over 700 litigators across 47 locations in the United States, as well as in Latin America, Europe, and Asia. This global platform allows us to effectively address the needs of both domestic and international clients. We have established a broad yet specialized practice to meet the unique industry, jurisdictional, and client needs.

Job Requirements:

The Delaware office is looking for a junior associate to contribute to our growing Litigation group, focusing on corporate and commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of litigation experience, preferably in a Delaware law firm.
• Skills: Excellent research and writing abilities, with experience drafting pleadings and briefs.
• Attributes: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Candidates must be members of the Delaware Bar.
