Are you a detail-driven, solutions-oriented legal professional with a passion for commercial real estate in the Orlando area? The Fund is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic and fast-paced Commercial Services Department. This is your opportunity to play a key role in supporting high-level transactions, collaborating with industry experts, and helping clients navigate the complex world of commercial real estate.
This position is remote for the foreseeable future, with periodic travel to The Fund's headquarters in Orlando as needed. Please note that the role may transition to a hybrid schedule (a mix of remote and in-office work) at a later date, depending on business needs.
What You’ll Do:
Take ownership of client issues from first contact through resolution or transition to the appropriate team member. Independently facilitate commercial closings — including document prep, recording, and stakeholder communication. Draft and finalize pro-forma and final title policies, endorsements, and closing statements. Serve as a key contact for Fund Members on construction draw requests and escrow matters. Collaborate with internal teams, attorneys, and agents nationwide on complex, transactions. Review and prepare escrow agreements and documentation for deposit of funds. Oversee Commercial Services invoicing and maintain construction service files. Ensure compliance with company policies, deadlines, and regulatory training.
Education & Experience
Paralegal degree/certification or 3+ years of relevant legal or title experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal.
Familiarity with title insurance commitments, policies, settlement statements, and post-closing procedures.
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
Outstanding attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability. Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong judgment and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Skilled in handling confidential information and performing under pressure.
