Job Description

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time (preferred) or part-time (considered) employment opportunity in the Labor & Employment Practice of our New Jersey office for a Senior Associate or Counsel level attorney with 10+ years of experience. Job Requirements:

Ideal candidates will have experience counseling New Jersey and New York employers in all employment subject matters including wage and hour, reasonable accommodations, leave, noncompete and non-solicit enforcement. Experience drafting handbooks, employment agreements and restrictive covenant agreements. Experience responding to administrative claims and audits and conducting internal audits. Due diligence experience preferred but not essential.  Litigation experience a plus but the position will be primarily counseling. Qualified candidates will have solid academic performance in law school, strong interpersonal, writing and analytical skills and must pay attention to detail. Candidates must be in good standing with the NJ and NY State Bars.
