- J.D. from a top law school and active bar membership.
- 5+ years of legal experience, ideally a mix of big law and in-house at a tech, telecom, or highly regulated company.
- Deep experience counseling product and engineering teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment for a regulated industry.
- Expertise in privacy, compliance, consumer protection, payments, and advertising/marketing law.
- Strong working knowledge of IP, commercial, and partnership issues relevant to SaaS and telecom.
- Demonstrated ability to build legal processes and documentation from the ground up.
- Excellent judgment, business acumen, and communication skills—able to translate legal advice into practical, actionable guidance.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid change, and rolling up your sleeves to solve new problems.
- Bonus: Experience with MVNOs, telecom, embedded connectivity, or fintech/payments. One or more CIPP certifications.
