Legal Counsel

We are looking for a legal counsel to join our legal team as a commercial lawyer, supporting and working directly with various US based key departments, including sales and marketing.

Main responsibilities:    

Work with various departments on a variety of commercial projects, prepare and negotiate sales, marketing, development, support and other commercial agreements

Provide ongoing legal support to all departments, including sales and marketing

Assist the General Counsel with varying issues 

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be eligible to practice law upon passing the Bar Exam

3-5 years of experience as a commercial lawyer

Broad-based commercial experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly motivated and eager to learn.

Ability to work well in high pressure environment

Previous experience as in-house counsel in a global hi-tech company a plus
