Transactional Attorney | US$90–US$130/hour | Micro1 contractor opportunity

Micro1 is seeking experienced transactional attorneys for part-time work helping train and evaluate AI used in legal contract review. The work draws on drafting, reviewing, negotiating and redlining technology-related agreements.

The work involves simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises; reviewing AI responses to contract scenarios; creating evaluation frameworks and grading criteria; and working with product and research teams to improve contract review data, guidance and model performance.

Micro1 requires at least three years of in-house experience in technology transactions, particularly MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs and derivatives; strong communication, analysis and attention to detail; and cross-disciplinary teamwork. AI or legal-technology exposure, and corporate-law experience involving M&A or private-equity fund formation, are preferred.

Engagement: Independent contractor, remote and part-time. Micro1 advertises US$90–$130/hour. Compensation is task-based: payment is for completed tasks that meet project specifications. Micro1 states an average handling time of approximately 3.5 hours per task. The effective hourly rate depends on completed tasks being signed off; the advertised hourly range is not a guaranteed hourly wage.
