Senior Attorney (Alternative Track)

Practice Area: Product Liability

Location: Los Angeles, CA OR San Diego, CA (Possibility for fully remote)

Compensation: $180,000 to $205,000 annually, dependent on qualifications and experience.


Position Overview: A top-tier international law firm is seeking a senior-level Practice Attorney to support its nationally acclaimed product liability group. This non-partnership track role is ideal for an experienced litigator seeking a sophisticated practice with a more predictable schedule. The position can be based in Southern California or, for the right candidate, operate on a fully remote basis.


Responsibilities: The attorney will be a key member of a team that defends leading consumer and aviation product manufacturers in high-stakes litigation. The practice encompasses bet-the-company cases and complex mass tort disputes. The role will involve all phases of litigation, from case assessment and strategy to discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in product liability or closely related complex litigation.
  • J.D. from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials.
  • Superb oral and written communication abilities and strong references are required.
  • Admission to the California Bar is preferred, particularly for non-remote candidates.
