About Trajan Estate
Trajan Estate is a growing, forward thinking estate planning law firm operating as part of an integrated Family Office alongside Trajan Wealth (an SEC-registered RIA) and Trajan Tax. Together, the three entities deliver a seamless wealth planning experience under one roof, and our attorneys work closely with financial advisors and tax professionals every day - not in parallel, but as one coordinated team.
We operate under an Alternative Business Structure (ABS) license in Arizona, which allows non-attorney co-ownership of the firm. Candidates should be familiar with or open to the ABS model before applying. The attorney will serve clients in other states by working jointly with local counsel under a separate law firm entity.
This is not a traditional law firm structure, and that is intentional.

Legal and tax research skills are also necessary.
