Position Summary: Provides legal advisory and litigation support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advisory on contracts, employment law, FOIA, and ethics
• Draft legal opinions, contracts, and policy documents
• Represent or support litigation before federal tribunals
• Conduct legal research and case preparation
• Support discovery and compliance activities

Skills & Competencies:

• Legal research and advisory
• Litigation and case management

Systems & Tools:

• Westlaw / LexisNexis
• E-discovery tools

Communication:

• Communicates with senior officials and legal entities
• Drafts pleadings and legal opinions

Education & Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Active Bar License
• 3+ years legal experience
