Join our dynamic legal team as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the General Counsel (GC) and play a critical role in supporting the GC and ensuring seamless operations within the legal department. - Manage the GC’s complex calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision.
Act as a Communication Hub
- Serve as the primary liaison between the GC and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle communications with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.
Coordinate Meetings and Events
- Organize agendas, take detailed minutes, and track action items.
- Ensure materials and technology are prepared for seamless execution.
Maintain Legal Documents and Files
- Organize and safeguard legal documents, ensuring accurate filing and easy retrieval.
Support Legal Projects
- Assist in planning and executing legal initiatives, tracking timelines, and delivering results.
Uphold Confidentiality
- Handle sensitive information with integrity and the utmost discretion.
Oversee Office Operations
- Manage supplies and liaise with facilities to keep the legal department running smoothly.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years in an executive administrative role, ideally in a legal or corporate setting.

- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High attention to detail and problem-solving prowess.
