Job Summary
The student will research health care legal issues and summarize conclusions; assist attorneys on a variety of matters including legal issues related to tax-exempt organizations, patient care, academic medical research, and other general corporate matters; review general contracts; and assist with various adversarial matters, including contract disputes, employment litigation and medical staff appeals.
Qualifications
- Corporate in-house or law firm setting experience strongly preferred; health care experience and/or class work helpful but not necessary. Strong academic credentials, writing, and interpersonal skills.
