The team represents a select group of corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, and financial institutions in intricate financing transactions. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in corporate finance law and a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Exceptional academic credentials from a nationally recognized U.S. law school and admission to the Florida bar are required.
