Our client’s expertise ranges in Construction Law, Estate Planning, Business Litigation, and Corporate Law. Ultimately, they lead with compassion and always deliver results. 

Position Overview 
Our client is looking for a skilled Litigation Attorney with a focus on Corporate Law and Estate Planning. Capable candidates will lead with a strong sense of execution and be responsible for creating positive outcomes across varying assignments.  

Location: Towson, MD 
Reports to: Founder 
Schedule: On-Site 
Employment Type: Full-Time 
Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 USD/Annually

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare pleadings, motions, depositions, and briefs with accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • Represent the company and/or client at hearings, depositions, and trials in person as necessary.  
  • Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of the company to ensure favorable outcomes.  
  • Collaborate with corporate counsel on integration of estate plans. 
  • Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc.  
  • Advise corporate and non-corporate clients and/or business owners on estate planning, wealth transfer strategies, and succession planning.  
  • Review and prepare contracts and leases.  

Qualifications  

  • Juris Doctorate and active bar licensure. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in estate planning, commercial litigation, estate planning, corporate law, trusts, and construction law.  
  • Experience working with family businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and private businesses.  
  • Extensive knowledge in corporate structures, construction law, and estate planning.  
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical & negotiation skills.  
  • Strong ability to do legal research and maintain a high level of organization.  
  • Strong written, verbal, and communication skills. 
  • Strong moral character, executive presence, and professional demeanor.  

Compensation 
The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market. The salary range for this position is a good faith estimate that allows for flexibility to align with various levels of experience, education, and performance.
