Job Description

About Us

We’re a fast-growing, legal lead generation marketing firm for personal injury attorneys and law firms. Our data-driven approach powers high-quality lead delivery and streamlined case connections, helping law firms get results faster and more efficiently.

We’re looking for a Case Manager who lives at the intersection of data, operations, and client success. This isn’t your traditional case manager role — it’s built for someone who loves digging into data, spotting patterns, and telling stories that help internal stakeholders make smarter, faster decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a central point of coordination between lead generation campaigns and internal/external case workflows
  • Analyze lead and case funnel performance using tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL/mySQL, and Excel
  • Monitor and track case lifecycle metrics, identifying trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities
  • Translate data findings into clear visualizations and actionable insights for leadership, client success, and marketing teams
  • Collaborate with legal clients and intake teams to ensure smooth case handoff and reporting
  • Help identify operational bottlenecks or underperforming areas and work with cross-functional teams to address them
  • Support quality assurance efforts through lead/case verification, audit sampling, and performance reporting
  • Create and maintain documentation on key case metrics, dashboards, and business rules
  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting and data pulls related to campaign performance or client requests

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in data operations, business intelligence, or a similar analyst-style role
  • Solid experience with Power BI or Tableau, and working knowledge of SQL/mySQL
  • Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, etc.)
  • Ability to turn raw data into clear, compelling insights for non-technical audiences
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills — you thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn the ins and outs of personal injury law firm marketing and lead generation
  • Bonus if you have experience working in legal, lead gen, or case management software/systems

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a rapidly growing startup where your work has real impact
  • Work alongside a sharp, motivated team that values innovation and ownership
  • Opportunity to grow into a more senior data or client strategy role over time
