- Job Responsibilities
This is a professional position involving legal work in the family division of the 17th Judicial Circuit Court. Responsibilities include holding hearings, recommending decisions as authorized by statute and court rules and researching, analyzing and remaining current of laws affecting the family division. Work is performed under general direction with considerable latitude in planning and methodology with responsibility for results. This position will work closely with an assigned judge.
- Minimum Qualifications
Juris Doctorate combined with a minimum of two years progressively responsible related experience. Membership in the State Bar Association required. Desire prior experience in the practice of law, particularly in the area focusing on delinquency, child abuse and neglect and/or domestic relations.
