Duties- Exercise own initiative and judgment in resolving problems and/or effecting remedial actions to meet needs of personnel served.
- Independently performs recurring assignments in all fields of the branch mission and resolves/defines issues involved, determining the applicable provisions of the laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Overall performance is evaluated for soundness of judgment and independent decision-making; strict adherence and application of established laws and regulations; and on consistency of accomplishments.
- Serve as Coordinator providing technical guidance, direction and assistance to designated personnel, military, families, tenant activities concerning problem cases and acceptance agents operations.
- Serve as liaison with other passport agents of the 25th Infantry Division and U.S. Army Hawaii (25th ID and USARHAW)providing guidance and interpretation on cases or issues referred.
- Conduct intensive screening of applicants in relation to required citizenship status in order to certify eligibility and the truthful evidence of official documentation of military and civilian personnel and family members.
- Conduct daily review of visa requirement changes issued by embassies and consulates.
