This position will primarily represent various state-agency clients in administrative hearings sanctioning health care providers who have violated licensing and other laws. It will also defend state-agency clients from lawsuits in state and federal court, and perform other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will possess strong oral, written and verbal communication skills, be able to articulate complex legal matters, and exhibit creativity and innovation in their role as an assistant attorney general.
