Office Assistant

Grape Law Firm, PLLC is looking for a talented colleague for the “Office Assistant” position in US, New Jersey. Grape Law is a New York-based, young, and dynamic law firm dedicated to helping immigrants worldwide navigate the immigration process and obtain citizenship.

We're currently seeking an experienced Office Assistant who has minimum of 1 year experience to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth daily operation of the office
• Manage phone calls and email traffic, and direct them to the relevant individuals when necessary
• Organize and follow up on appointment and meeting schedules
• Organize documents and files, and keep both digital and physical archives up to date
• Track incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Welcome and guide visitors to the office
• Provide administrative support to the team

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Turkish
• University degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Tech-savvy and proficient in using digital tools
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Excellent time management abilities, solution-oriented mindset
