Digital Reporter - Legal Services

📍 Location: Ft. Myers, FL
📅 Schedule: Hybrid - Client Sites | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

🔑 What You’ll Do:

• 🎧 Capture Legal Proceedings: Administer oaths and accurately record depositions, hearings, and other legal events—either in person or remotely (training provided).

• 💻 Operate Technology with Confidence: Transport, set up, troubleshoot, and manage audio and computer equipment to ensure top-quality recordings.

• 📁 Support Accurate Transcripts: Organize and prepare audio files, exhibits, and case documentation for our transcription teams.

• 🗂️ Administrative Support: When not reporting, assist with scheduling, document processing, and other essential legal support tasks.

• 💬 Uphold Professional Standards: Represent U.S. Legal Support and maintain a high level of client service and professionalism at all times.

✅ What You’ll Need:

• 💡 Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, software, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.

• ⌨️ Typing Speed: 55+ WPM required.

• ✍️ Strong Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and confident both verbally and in writing.

• 📜 Notary Public: Ability to obtain (or already have) a state Notary Commission—don’t worry, we’ll help guide you!

• 🏅 Certification: AAERT Certification may be required depending on state—training and support provided if you’re not already certified.
