Trust and Estate Planning Lateral Attorney or Attorney Group

Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green PA is a prominent mid-size law firm, headquartered in Manchester, NH. We are seeking a lateral attorney or attorney group to join our reputable Trust and Estate Planning practice, based primarily from Sheehan’s Boston, MA or Manchester, NH locations. The position(s) requires extensive drafting of core and complex estate planning and probate expertise, providing for high-net-worth clients’ asset protection, and minimizing income tax, gift tax, and estate tax consequences.

J.D. (LL.M., preferred) admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire with some portable business and seven or more years of experience with sophisticated and complex estate planning and administration. Estate tax expertise is also preferred. Successful Candidate(s) must be motivated, exacting and possess excellent client counseling skills and a high degree of professionalism. Experience in creating a variety of individually tailored estate plans, familiarity with current probate procedure, and tax law. EOE.
