
Paralegal/Legal Secretary
Our client, is a well-respected Shenango Valley law firm seeking a Paralegal/Legal Secretary to assist their practice. This is immediate hire direct hire opportunity is a great opportunity for the right person.
Duties/Qualifications:
* The candidate must have Estate Planning experience. Duties include drafting Estate Planning documents, such as Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives for Health Care, Last Wills and Testaments, and Trusts.
* Perform routine clerical and administrative functions, such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining files, and providing information to clients.
* The candidate must have the ability to multi-task and be able to work independently and move cases forward without instruction.
* Requires good communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent attention to detail.
* Project a professional company image through courteous in-person and telephone interaction.
* Ability to multitask and work independently.
* Ability to prioritize workload.
* Provide quality service to the clients through a team approach.
