IT Manager Business Solutions – Commercial / B2B / HR / Legal   Pay Rate:  $131,800 - $175,700 Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Category/Shift: Salaried Full-Time (Hybrid) About The Role: Global Cellulose Fibers (GCF) is seeking an IT Manager to lead global enterprise and commercial applications as the business transitions to independent IT operations. This role serves as Service Owner, responsible for strategy, delivery, and performance across a diverse application landscape supporting critical business functions. Key initiatives include a migration of SAP systems out of a transition service agreement, the transition of applications from the former owner’s environment to GCF and third‑party providers, and the evaluation and implementation of services enabled by AMS/MSP partners to support TSA exit, scalability, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will develop and execute IT strategy aligned with commercial, corporate, and operational objectives, ensuring reliable performance across a portfolio of applications.   Strategic Leadership & Service Ownership Develop and execute a transition plan to establish independent IT services using internal and third-party resources. Serve as the Service Owner for enterprise and commercial applications, accountable for lifecycle activities including strategy, design, transition, operations, and continuous improvement. Maintain a strategic roadmap for application modernization aligned with evolving business needs. AMS/MSP Partnership Enablement Evaluate, identify, and implement services enabled by third-party AMS/MSP organizations. Define service scope, performance expectations, and governance models. Integrate AMS/MSP capabilities into GCF’s IT operating model.   SAP Transformation & Platform Evaluation Lead planning and execution of the TSA exit and multi-year transition from ECC, CRM, and related systems. Evaluate and compare SAP and competing solutions based on functionality, cost, scalability, and business fit. Partner with stakeholders and vendors to define scope, architecture, and deployment strategy. Commercial, Corporate, and Enterprise Systems Leadership Oversee applications supporting Commercial (CRM), EDI/B2B integrations, HR systems, Legal systems, and other enterprise functions. Partner with business leaders to align application capabilities with process needs and improvement opportunities. Guide modernization and integration strategies across these domains. Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver application capabilities. Manage relationships with external service providers to ensure delivery quality and compliance. Service Performance & Governance Establish and monitor SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs to ensure service reliability and user satisfaction. Lead incidents, problems, and change management processes. Continuous Improvement & Innovation Use analytics and feedback to drive service enhancements. Champion a culture of continuous improvement across service delivery. Financial & Compliance Management Own the financial performance of the service portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Team Leadership Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing IT team with a service-oriented mindset. Promote knowledge sharing and operational excellence across internal and external teams.   About You: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 10+ years in systems related management, application strategy, or solution delivery. 3+ years in IT management and leadership Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven leadership in ERP and enterprise application environments, especially SAP ECC/CRM and BW4/HANA. Experience supporting commercial systems (CRM), EDI/B2B integrations, HR platforms, and/or Legal systems. Strong understanding of global supply chain operations, including U.S. export logistics and international trade. Strong project management skills (Agile/Scrum preferred). Effective in vendor management, contract negotiation, and service oversight. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and critical thinking skills. Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis. Experience leading high-performing IT teams in lean or evolving environments.   About Global Cellulose Fibers (GCF): Our GCF business helps customers transform renewable cellulose fibers into essential everyday products.
