Breyer Law Offices P C See More Job Openings by This EmployerNot ready to retire but tried of litigating cases?
We’re looking for an experienced attorney to join our team in a role that focuses on advising potential new clients and supporting our trial lawyers. This position allows you to continue leveraging your extensive trial experience without the burden of handling litigation.
Several attorneys in this role on our team have decades of trial experience and have found this position to be highly rewarding. The upside? Less hassle. The downside? The schedule includes some weekend and after-hours work.
Who are we?
The Husband & Wife Law Team has been serving clients since 1996. Over the years, we have built a team that handles complex injury cases and actually takes them to trial in Arizona. As we expand, we are looking for people who align with our values and want to be part of something meaningful.
We are not just a group of lawyers working separately—we are a highly collaborative team with a strong values-driven culture that prioritizes client experience and results.
- We try cases.
- We measure client happiness to make sure we are providing them an exceptional experience.
- We support and cheer for the other members of our team personally and professionally.
- We meet regularly to gameplan and discuss cases together.
- We function as a team with a lot of support, not just a group of lawyers working separately.
- While we do advertise (extensively and some would argue regrettably) we are not a mill that races to get a fee. We prioritize working up cases for our clients to get the best results. We try hard to do what is right by our clients.
- We have built a significant and values-based practice.
Who Would Love This Role?
This role is ideal for an experienced trial lawyer who wants to continue making an impact without the stress of litigation.
- All attorneys currently in this role have decades of trial experience but reached a point where they preferred to focus on advising rather than litigating.
- Success in this position is measured by potential client satisfaction (we actively track client feedback) and ensuring the right clients choose to work with us.
- If you enjoy explaining cases to potential clients and guiding them through their options, this could be the perfect fit.
- We don’t simply say, "Yes, we’ll take your case" or "No, go somewhere else." We take the time to educate clients on our decision-making process, ensuring they leave with clarity and confidence.
Experience:
- 20+ years of experience as a practicing attorney (most candidates will likely have 30-40 years as a personal injury trial attorney).
Work Environment:
Expected Work Hours:
- This is a full-time position with some nights and weekends required.
We prioritize client care, which means we need to be available when seriously injured clients need to meet with us quickly.
- This is a remote role, but you must have a quiet, private workspace for handling calls professionally.
- You will be primarily taking phone calls, but occasional travel to the office may be required for meetings, team events, or client engagements.
Travel Requirements:
- Occasional travel for team meetings and client interactions.
