Law Firm Receptionist

BOYCE LAW FIRM, LLP, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota is seeking a polished, reliable, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our law firm. This role is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, and requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and an ability to manage a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Schedule client appointments and manage calendars
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks as needed
• Manage confidential information with discretion

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or administrative experience (legal field a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with office software and phone systems
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
