Contract Compliance Analyst/Paralegal

About this role:

What you will do:

• Conduct reviews of engagement letters to identify variances from standard terms 
• Maintain a contract management database to track term agreements 
• Create and maintain standardized templates for firmwide use for different project types 
• Assist with Client Due Diligence and Compliance Requests by responding to corporate-related requests from clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Handle responses to subpoenas and other document requests 
• Identify and advise on emerging issues and industry trends to inform decision-making 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations and policies, and stay up-to-date on employment law and regulations 
• Provide guidance and support on immigration law-related matters 
• Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed 

What you will need:

• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in a contract management or compliance role
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Business, or a related field
• Paralegal certificate preferred
• Strong understanding of contract law and terminology
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and contract management software
• Experience with employment law and immigration law a plus
