Duties If selected for this position, you will serve as a Administrative Service Specialist for the United States Attorney's Office for the Western District of Wisconsin. Typical work duties include the following: Manages the certification of obligations for the district. Ensures that all obligations, expenditures, unobligated orders and available balances are properly maintained, supported and documented. Responsible for administering a variety of contracting and procurement activities. Analyzes and evaluates current office systems and develops new or alternative procedures to improve the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, utilization of space and manpower, use of equipment, organizational structure, distribution of work assignments, delegation of authority, management controls, workflow, and systems development for the all staff. Coordinates a variety of facility maintenance and/or repair activities for workspaces. Manages the districts property program in accordance with appliable governing policies. Salary- $74,678 - $97,087/year
