Are you an ambitious, talented, and motivated individual looking to kickstart your career in the legal field? GardaWorld, a leading international provider of security services, is seeking a dynamic entry-level Paralegal to join our Legal Department at our U.S. headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri.

What’s in it for You

  • Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 / year
  • Work Site Location: St. Louis, MO
  • Set Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require long hours and weekend work.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare, organize, and manage a database of contract files.
  • Review and triage contract edits, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Act as a liaison between the Contract Team and other stakeholders.
  • Manage execution and signature workflows.
  • Facilitate the contractual required insurance documentation.
  • Track requests from inception to conclusion.
  • Generate audit reports on incoming agreements.
  • Schedule meetings and telephone conferences.
  • Retrieve information to support legal decision-making.


Your Qualifications:

  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Able to pass an extensive screening process
  • 1-3 years of Paralegal experience; Contacts experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and Teams.
  • Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field.
