Essential Duties:

• Conduct legal research to support case preparation, including statutes, case law, and other legal references relevant to ongoing cases.
• Ability to summarize document production for use in litigation in an organized format to easily locate pertinent records.
• Draft, proofread, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Field communications from courts related to ongoing matters.
• Review case documents for relevance, accuracy, and completeness, ensuring all pertinent information is captured and organized effectively.
• Draft and send written correspondence, including letters, emails, and status updates to opposing counsel, and court personnel in a clear, professional, and timely manner.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in the Paralegal function preferably supporting In-house counsel, but firm Paralegal experience considered as well.
• O365 proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and manage the workload with minimal supervision.
• Must be on camera for all interactions with company colleagues, department, and company-wide meetings.
• The expectation is that this role is 40 hours, M-F, overtime is not required but may be occasionally necessary.
