• Engage in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, leasing, development, and finance.
• Handle a wide array of transactional matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sale and purchase agreements.
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases and development-related agreements.
• Prepare loan documents and manage related diligence efforts, such as title and survey reviews.

• Strong academic background and analytical skills.
• Positive attitude and experience in a large regional or national law firm.
• Desire to work on a range of real estate transactions with direct client contact, including national transactions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Admitted to practice in Virginia or eligible for reciprocal admission to the Virginia Bar.
• At least 3 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
