Job Description

GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government-consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening in our Orlando office for a Legal Assistant. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of litigation experience, with an emphasis in complex litigation.

The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, and effective proofreading and drafting skills. Additionally, they must be able to work efficiently with others and meet deadlines. It is necessary that the candidate possess effective time management and communication skills, both written and oral. Necessary computer skills include Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with Aderant billing software a plus.
