Requirements<\/h3>Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div><\/div>- Lead and manage complex litigation cases from initiation through resolution.
<\/li> - Maintain and grow existing client relationships while actively seeking new opportunities.
<\/li> - Collaborate with associates, paralegals, and other partners to ensure high -quality service delivery.
<\/li> - Represent the firm in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
<\/li><\/ul>Ideal Candidate Will Have:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>- Plaintiff -side litigation preferred.
<\/li> - Primarily INSURANCE RECOVERY experience preferred
<\/li> - Open to Commercial Litigation, Financial Litigation & Complex Disputes, Construction Litigation. In NYC -area Real Estate Transactions, Trusts & Estates / Family Office Practices
<\/li> - A portable book of business of <\/span>$800,000+<\/span><\/span><\/span>.
<\/li>- Significant experience as a litigator with a deep understanding of litigation strategies and court procedures.
<\/li> - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and client relationships effectively.
<\/li> - Admission to practice law in the state corresponding to the selected office location.
<\/li> - The ability to work <\/span>on -site<\/span><\/span><\/span> in one of our offices located in <\/span>NYC, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Denver, Boston, or Stamford, CT<\/span><\/span><\/span>.
