👩 💼 The Role

Manifest is hiring an Immigration Paralegal for our NYC office to support both the product team and immigration attorneys on high-priority and complex casework. This role is deeply tech-integrated: you’ll work within Manifest’s proprietary AI-powered case management platform and partner with the product team to test and refine new features before they’re deployed firm-wide. You’ll also collaborate with attorneys on the most critical and innovative cases, requiring creativity, adaptability, and exceptional communication skills. More than a traditional paralegal position, this role offers the opportunity to help shape the future of both Manifest and immigration law itself.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Leverage technology: Manage all casework through Manifest’s proprietary AI-enabled platform, ensuring efficient, accurate, and streamlined workflows.

• Test and refine tools: Collaborate with the product team to trial new features, provide structured feedback, and champion best practices for platform adoption.

• Support complex casework: Partner with attorneys on high-priority and edge cases, contributing creativity, precision, and strategic input.

• Drive case execution: Prepare filings, maintain clear client communication, and manage deadlines to keep every case accurate, persuasive, and on track.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in legal or casework roles. Prior experience in U.S. business immigration strongly preferred; especially EB1-A, EB2-NIW, or O-1 experience

• Demonstrated ability to manage casework from intake through filing with precision and accountability

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a client-first mindset

• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Tech-savvy and proactive—comfortable adopting new tools, testing features, and integrating technology into daily work

• Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve

Salary

• $80,000 - $120,000/year
