Salary Information
The compensation for this position ranges from $20.82 [Starting Wage] to $25.37 [Top Wage] per hour. This salary structure is based on the County’s 9-step pay scale.

Description

As a Superior Court Clerk, you will play a vital role in the efficient functioning of the judicial system by providing administrative support to judges, attorneys, and other court personnel. Your responsibilities will include creating and preparing a written record of Clallam County Juvenile and Family Court, or Superior Court events and records, producing minutes of court proceedings, maintaining records, administering oaths, reading verdicts, and performing audio and video functions. You will be expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality while ensuring the smooth operation of the court. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism. A background in legal or administrative roles is preferred, with proficiency in computer software and excellent communication skills.
