A premier corporate law team is seeking an experienced attorney with 4-6 years of M&A experience to join its practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in deal structuring, contract negotiation, and transaction management for clients with sophisticated legal needs.
Position Responsibilities:- Draft and negotiate transaction agreements and related documents
- Manage deal processes from initial structuring to closing
- Serve as a key advisor in client relationships and strategic decision-making
- Oversee and mentor junior associates and legal professionals
- Handle a diverse range of M&A matters across various industries
- 4-6 years of M&A experience at a top law firm
- Strong background in negotiating and drafting deal documents
- Ability to manage transactions independently and work directly with clients
- Experience supervising and mentoring junior team members
