Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling divorce, parenting plans, child support, alimony, paternity, domestic violence, prenuptial/postnuptial agreements, adoptions, and related family law matters.

Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in family law proceedings, from intake through resolution.
· Draft and review pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
· Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
· Advocate for clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
· Maintain consistent and professional client communication.
Qualifications:
· Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
· Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
· Minimum of 3+ years of family law experience preferred.
· Strong litigation, negotiation, and written/oral advocacy skills.
· Ability to manage a full caseload independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
· Compassionate approach with a commitment to client-centered service.
· Maintain accurate client information and data within multiple software applications, including Clio, ShareFile, and Microsoft Office.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

The legacy of our firm began in the early 80s, when a young, impressionable Merideth Nagel spent hours after school each day working for her uncle, the late Senator Richard Langley, at his law office in Clermont, Florida.
While she was doing simple things like emptying trash cans or filing paperwork, she witnessed first-hand the impact a caring and devoted attorney could make in the lives of clients and the community. She knew then that she wanted to follow in his footsteps and dedicate herself to helping others through the practice of law.
