What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare legal documents, including contracts, and participate in contract negotiations
• Conduct research and monitor healthcare legislation to draft policies on privacy, anti-kickback, and security
• Provide consultation to HR on employment law matters
• Attend compliance audits and assist in audit preparation
• Stay updated on healthcare compliance topics and provide necessary training

About You

• Be able to do the job as described
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Kentucky or Indiana
• Experience in healthcare or employment law is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
