This role is central to protecting critical partnerships, safeguarding intellectual property, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in commercial contracts and technology transactions, preferably within B2B SaaS and healthcare technology, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
