Job Description
Shulman Rogers is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our Trust and Estates Department in our Potomac office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the attorneys within the Trust and Estates Department.
- Draft and prepare a variety of documents, including Engagement Letters and Attorney-Client Agreements.
- Monitor client case progress and promptly alert attorneys to any issues or actions requiring their attention.
- Help maintain smooth office operations in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 3 years' experience in administrative support in a legal setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with document management software.
This position requires full-time in-office presence at our Potomac, MD office.
