
Ray Quinney & Nebeker, a large and respected Salt Lake City law firm, has an opportunity for an associate attorney to join its corporate practice.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience in general corporate law to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, contract drafting and negotiation, entity formation, and related compliance matters.

Qualified candidates must have excellent academic credentials, demonstrate a high degree of ethics, professionalism, good judgment, and a solid work ethic. Candidates must be a member of the Utah Bar, or if not currently a member of the Utah Bar, applicants must be a member of the bar of another state in the U.S. and be able to obtain a license in Utah.
