The Legal Clinic Assistant provides vital administrative, logistical, and client service support to one or more of the law school’s legal clinics. This position plays a critical role in maintaining case management systems, assisting supervising attorneys, and ensuring compliance with client confidentiality and institutional protocols.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with faculty and staff to ensure timely submission of filings, documentation, and correspondence

  • Review case files

  • Enter and maintain information in case management systems

  • Monitor case deadlines and alert appropriate team members as needed

  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical records of cases in accordance with clinic and university policies

Minimum Qualifications

  • JD Degree

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Organization

  • Time management

  • Problem solving

  • Project management

Part Time: 20 hours per week
