Commercial Litigation Associate - Memphis

Some law firms promise client service. We deliver on that promise. Butler Snow LLP is seeking talented candidates interested in joining our Litigation team in our Memphis, TN office in an Associate position/role. Butler Snow's practice areas include the full range of business law and litigation services.

What you will do:

• Be a strategic part of litigation teams committed to providing excellent representation to our clients;
• Participate in trial preparation ;
• Take and defend depositions;
• Prepare and argue motions;
• Research and analyze complex litigation issues

What you bring:

• Experience in taking and defending depositions;
• Ability to research and investigate complex litigation areas;
• Excellent writing abilities
• 3-5 years of litigation experience

Qualifications and Skills required:

• Juris Doctor
• Must have at least 3-5 years of litigation experience at a law firm
• Must be licensed and in good standing with Tennessee bar
