Job Description
The Office Services Clerk supports the entire office by overseeing several activities inside and outside of the office. This includes managing all incoming and outgoing mail, as well as other correspondence deliveries, both on foot and via car, overseeing common area cleanliness, and supporting other areas of the firm such as moving supplies, equipment and making copies. Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role, preferably within a corporate office.
Where You'll Work
The Office Services Clerk role is an hourly non-exempt position and will work full-time at our Sarasota, Florida office.
What You'll Do
- Manage all incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mail, packages, court filings, and document deliveries, including filing and retrieving court documents and coordinating delivery logistics.
- Provide office services support by copying, scanning, collating, binding, distributing, and organizing legal documents, presentation materials, and case-related materials.
- Coordinate conference room setup and breakdown for meetings and firm events, and maintain conference rooms, kitchens, and common areas throughout the day.
- Maintain office operations by stocking paper in multifunction devices, performing routine equipment maintenance, arranging service calls, and assisting with facility repairs and building management requests.
- Oversee inventory and supplies by ordering, organizing, cleaning, and stocking supply rooms, conference rooms, and office service areas.
- Support office administration by coordinating new hire workspace and supply needs, recycling and shredding services, records storage activities, and other special projects as assigned.
- Perform daily office opening and closing procedures, including mail processing, cleaning and organizing shared spaces, and securing office services areas.
- Manage multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously while providing general support to staff and firm operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of high school diploma required.
- 3+ years of experience in an office services environment with high-level customer service skills.
- Requires valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Project and case management skills, including a strong aptitude for managing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.

Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking regularly, up to 6.5 hours per day.
- Lifting and carrying between 10 and 50 pounds daily.
