Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, an international law firm, is actively recruiting for a Legal Experience Management Assistant. This role performs administrative work with a high degree of proficiency in the firm’s intelligence system, Foundation. Assists the Legal Experience Management team and others to promote business development initiatives and activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Serves as an administrative data assistant for Foundation and related business intelligence systems.
2. Assists with reviewing and auditing of daily data collection into Foundation. Ensures integrity of data, verifying information regarding data quality and data completeness. Flags incomplete records for follow up and further review. Provides support for the establishment of processes to initiate data collection.
3. Assists with data quality improvements by promoting standards and business rules and regularly monitoring and reporting on adoption levels.
4. Assists with developing and performing ongoing audits to maintain reliability and consistency of firm’s experience data.
5. Assists with the matter experience intake process. To include data input into Foundation in a timely manner, follow-up with lawyers, supports the management of Experience inbox, and submission accreditations on matters.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
Experience: Experience in a professional services office or other legal support experience preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Exceptional written and verbal communication and listening skills. Accurate typing, word processing skills and ability to pay strict attention to detail. Spelling, punctuation and use of grammar must be of high quality. Must have strong organizational skills. Ability to work well under pressure, patience, diplomacy, high stress tolerance, ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changing conditions. Visual acuity needed for transcription, extensive reading and input (typing) of information into computer. Ability to receive and convey detailed information through both written and oral communication. Essential competency processes include language ability, reasoning and memory. Ability to maintain flexibility regarding work assignments to work overtime on short notice required. To perform this job successfully, the incumbent must possess the abilities or aptitudes to proficiently perform each of the responsibilities and accountabilities described above, with or without reasonable accommodation.
