Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our Nashville office, supporting our Personal Injury Auto Accidents division. This is a hands-on role that requires significant litigation experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage cases from intake through trial. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates attorney needs, and provides a high level of client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full litigation docket of personal injury auto accident cases, from filing through resolution.
- Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, subpoenas, affidavits, and settlement documents.
- Organize, review, and summarize medical records, police reports, and other case-related documents.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, expert witnesses, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
- Conduct legal and factual research in support of case strategy.
- Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and witness files for hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
- Track court deadlines and ensure compliance with Tennessee civil procedure and local rules.
- Maintain detailed and organized case files in the firm’s case management system.
- Support attorneys with trial preparation, including attending trial as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in personal injury, preferably auto accident cases.
- Strong knowledge of Tennessee civil procedure and e-filing systems.
- Exceptional drafting, writing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
- Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage multiple deadlines.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Work Hours
This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Nashville, TN office, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
