About Us
Our client is a powerhouse in personal injury litigation, known for delivering results efficiently and aggressively. We handle a high volume of cases and are looking for three Trial Attorneys who thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in depositions, and are committed to securing favorable settlements.
The Role
We need hardworking, relentless litigators who love being in the trenches—handling depositions, moving cases forward, and achieving high-value settlements. You will be responsible for managing a case load of 60, supported by a dedicated legal assistant, calendar clerk, and demand writer.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct frequent depositions (8+ per month, 100+ per year).
- Handle all aspects of litigation, from pleadings to trial preparation.
- Strategically push cases toward efficient settlements without unnecessary delays.
- Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trial when necessary.
- Work closely with support staff to maintain an organized, high-volume caseload.
What We’re Looking For
- Trial experience in PI litigation OR corporate defense litigation.
- Proven ability to thrive under high-volume litigation and deposition-heavy caseloads.
- Strong work ethic – we hire grinders who take ownership of their cases.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Licensed to practice in California and in good standing with the bar.
